Restonic and OK Furniture - Very bad quality and service

I bought a new restonic bed on 24th July 2022. After only 2 nights of sleep, the mattress collapsed. We received the bed with 2 holes on the side of the base. I bought the bed from OK Furniture Kuruman, but according to the manager of OK Furniture, they cannot refund my money because we have already slept on the bed and therefore they cannot resell it. I think all they are worried about is making money. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of restonic as well as the contemptuous attitude with which we were treated by OK Furniture's manager. I would not recommend them to anyone...
