Poor Service & Poor Quality Beds

Bed was suppose to have 10 years warranty. Even due I have a mattress protector on my bed. Stains got on the bed. It's warm where I live and I do sweat as I am only human.

This is a reason for them not to replace a mattress as sweat is a reason for the bed springs to come out.

Poor service from Restonic and Mnr Brand Ambassador as he like to call himself.
