Poor Service!!

I purchased a Restonic mattress from Bradlows in July 2021, and in less than a year springs are already coming out on the sides and the bed has become something else. A complaint was filed and one of your consultants is really failing to give us positive feedback. We sent pictures of how the mattress looks and after weeks of waiting we've received a response saying the exchange can not be granted because the bed is stained and dirty. I fail to understand how one can make such a conclusion from a picture, which could have been a poor quality picture or the room is dark. This is really unacceptable!!!!
