Poor restonic bed and poor service from house and home and resyonuc agent's

I bought restonic bed green coil most expensive in the shop...only to find that it sagged within one month of purchase and making funny disturbing sounds evertime I turn...I bought it at house and home durban...reported the matter to restonic no one was attending to my matter. Restonic told me they liase with the shop drove up and down yo all house and home shops couldn't find help...to top it all when I bought thus restonic bed I was given a gift which is 2 pillows and mattress protector..the manager said he'll charge me the gift because I am now returning the bed as if it's my fault now that this product is failing...to who ever wants yo buy a restonic bed please never buy this bed anymore bad service and poor quality...and no one attend your complain.
