Poor Quality Material on Restonic Bed

I purchased a Queen Size bed from sleepmasters which is made by restonic. Its not even a year later and the matress already has fluff. I did contact sleepmasters who logged a call with Restonic. Restonic called me i explained the situation , they requested pictures which i sent. Then they reply the guarantee doesnt cover if there is fluff on the mattress.

I do not have any children and i am the only one that has been sleeping on the bed. I even have a mattress protector. Is the quality of the material on the mattress so poor that Restonic cannot guarantee this ? I am extremely disappointed and i previously had a much cheaper no name brand bed that lasted me years and i didnt even have this issue.

Before anyone buys a Restonic bed , please think twice.
