Poor Quality bed by Restonic

All my life I thought Restonic is producing good quality beds that last for years but I can't say that about Restonic anymore, instead the quality of their beds is very poor. I bought a Restonic Bazaruto bed in 2022 and within a year wires were showing and if not careful they can injure you. It's unfortunate that I raised the complaint late, when the guarantee was already finished. I'm now expected to pay money for Restonic to exchange the Matress for me. I honestly don't understand why I am paying for a factory-fault. They keep saying it's because it's not on guarantee but warranty. I paid a lot of money buying this bed thinking it's a good quality and will last for years but now I'm expected to pay money for the poor quality mattress they gave me😕 I am seriously not happy with Restonic at all 😭
