Poor quality bed

I bought Restonic Aireloom Dream Medium Firm Mattress and Base Set from Home Choice in March 2024. To date, I have NOT enjoyed this bed at all.I feels saggy in the middle when sleeping,its like it has been used before.Poor quality.This was escalated to Restonic to send one of their "specialists" to come and evaluate the bed,as the pictures couldnt serve much. The "specialist" Shawn **** about not finding me on the given contact number,I never received any missed call from him. I contacted him and he told me blandly that he wont come to evaluate my bed,the pictures he has doesn't show anything wrong with the bed, therefore I have no case he will close this query.

2 days later,I sent a follow up with Restonic and the lady assisting me referred me back to Homechoice because there's nothing wrong with my bed.For me,that is bad customer service and if as an organization make a promise to send someone and that someone make a decision based on the pictures,that is utter poor service and it is unacceptable. I regret buying your brand!
