Poor quality bed

On the 8 of June 2018, I bought a restonic comfort zone queen bed at okay furniture's in southgate, I heard that that day they sold +- 600 beds. I was called by the store on the 22 of June informing that my bed has arrived n I can come and collect it which I did the next day. I noticed in last week of October that my bed was starting to lose shape and on the other side it looked flat and the springs started to make a funny sound and now it's so uncomfortable to sleep on it. I searched for the receipt and when I found I went to the store on the 13 of November to report the bed I bought and the gentleman logged it with the supplier which is restonic and the reference is ********** 0 and I was told that they will call me so that they can check the bed, I asked one of the consultant when can I expect that call I was told within 24 hours, today it's the 28 of November I have not received any call from restonic. I am frustrated now because I know restonic as the company that manufactures quality beds but now I daubt it because I don't see it in the comfort zone queen bed I feel like they did not do a proper job on this bed, I wonder how many orders they received on the 9 of June.
