Poor quality and bad service from Restonic.

I have purchased a queen size bed Restonic Bazaruto and quality was very poor as I have exchanged it three times so I request and upgrade to a better quality and I paid extra amount for a Restonic Bali queen size the bed it looks beautiful big with a cheep leather on the side of the pillow top it makes noise when i turn and the quality is very poor. I only use the bad for a month and it was having the funny sound on the base .I report the matter to Mr Alex de Silva the rep of Restonic and he was not helpful as he told me that there is nothing that he could do I must just wait a while and it can take very long or go back to Sleep Master Gezina and choose another brand and he's not going to refund me.
