Poor Quality

In 2020 we purchased our Restonic Coral bed ( Queen). We had problems with the workmanship/ quality before ( same bed from the first hellopeter review)complained and after a few being returned ,we were delivered the bed we now have. Now, besides the metal pieces sticking out , we have spring sounds throughout our sleep. Any turn and you hear springs. Even when sitting you hear the same.We've tried to ignore as not wanting to complain but can't continue waking with back aches/ sore bodies from an uncomfortable bed. The bed collapses at points if you sit and you actually feel the wire frame. The mattress despite using a mattress protector has to have bobbles removed as it's unsightly. Please advise on our way forward as it is still under 3 years .
