Poor quality

We bought a queen base from Rochester Boksburg in 2013 . 3 years later the Springs started to give way and holes appeared on the side of the mattress. We contacted Restonic and was informed that the mattress will be replaced IF I pay 2500. Which I dis even if it felt that I’m being ******. They delivered the mattress in 21/08/2017 and already the mattress started looking like a corrugated sheet! Restonic is claiming to have top quality product since 1938 but I have only experienced poor , sub graded products
