Poor client service

If I could, I would give these guys a zero rating. Obsolete poor client service. On the 17 December 2023 I bought a bed from these guys sleepmaster in Greenstone Mall, I was made to believe it is one the best beds in store, a queen bed Pearl. In just two months thr bad was sagging. 17 Feb I went to the store and the gentleman by name of Majola said they will they have lodged a Compliant with Restonic they asked for pictures and I provided and have been following up since. It is now 3 months later when I went to the store I am being told that the bed must be at least 4cm deep to be regarded as saggy? Which is pure nonsense nonchalant how come a good quality bed be sagging in just two months of acquiring it. The fact that I had keep following up on my Compliant is ridiculous and no one should buy a bed from from you guys. My R7 500 of years of savings goes to waste! I regret why did I choose to buy from you. I am still waiting on a call from Faith and Daisy from March already.
