Pathetic service!!!!!

Purchased a Restonic bed, 5 months later we started having issues with the matress. We purchased this at OK Furniture in Caledon, Western Cape. We reported the issue to Ok furniture and they logged the issue with Restonic. We were then contacted by a Consultant or Restonic representative and were adviced that we will get a replacement matress however we need to pay in a service fee into the company's bank account.... 3 months later we are still sleeping on the most uncomfortable bed ever!!!!! For such a prestige brand they give the ****piest service.We were advised by Ok Furniture that Restonic are aware of the issue and will get back to us... Up until today nothing... This is rediculous!
