Pathetic assholes

This company does NOT even deserve a damn star.. *** myself and my husband is been calling this numerous times regarding our bed being damn faulty.. When we finally got hold of them after a month they informed us that they cannot help us as we need to read the warranty card WHICH we never focking got one without bed to begin with. Fock that I so ****ed. I want my new mattress regardless as it was a fault on the FACTORY side and not the shop. We went into the store as well and they couldn't assist (or so they say). BTW it was OK FURNITURE.

Just know I will name and shame each and every person involve in this matter until this issue is resolved.
