No response from Lewis Stores and Restonic

<p>I bought a restonic ambassador bed at Lewis last year June but only started using the bed in March this year...within a month the matress was already making squeaky sounds like the springs are old... I went to lewis 2weeks ago to lodge a complaint as the bed was still under warranty...the lady at Lewis said she will get back to me as soon as Restonic responds to the complaint..i need a replacement for my bed</p>
