New mattress already making funny sounds

I purchased a mattress on the 08 August at Soshanguve crossing. The mattress is already making funny sounds of which I reported the issue to the store since this is a new mattress. I’m now being taken from pillar to post. I was requested to record a video of which I did and sent to them as requested. My patience is running out. Still waiting for their response. The lady at the store was rude and not helpful. I’m dissatisfied with how they are handling this issue.
