Low quality beds

Last year June 2022, I bought a restonic bed from Lewis, and in no time it completely lost its shape, it makes an annoying squicking noise, the center of the mattress has sunk, its just completely uncomfortable and to think I wanted an upgrade from my old bed only to get something worse.

I went to the store (Lewis) in COFIMVABA to complain they told me to take pictures of the bed and to email to them so they can then email to restonic and I did that, but nothing has been done yet, they are just all avoiding me.

I contacted restonic via their facebook page and laid a complaint, I was informed that someone will reach out to me soon and no one has ever since. It is truly very disappointing because I spent my hard earned money to get a quality bed but instead I got the opposite, I regret buying this bed and would not recommend people to buy restonic beds either.
