******** attitude from management to continuous complaints

I have logged numerous complaints regarding the poor quality products received from Restonic. Last week the “brand ambassador “ Glen came to my house to inspect the mattress. He tried to make a fool of me by saying “ let me read to you as obviously you didn’t read the conditions” what an insult !! I wanted to take things to the next level but obviously Restonic doesn’t give a damn about customers. He said in front of my wife and son that he would replace the base immediately as he can see it is damaged. He also said that he would suggest that we upgrade to a better mattress. For Pete sake that is what we did or at least we though we did when my wife dealt with Nicole Lane last year. This is a money making racket and Restonic takes us for stupids. Now Glen and Restonic is trying the easy way out by saying they will refund us and we need to buy somewhere else. He wants to pay 2013 prices and what about the R1750 we paid Nicole for the “better “ product?? I would like to come in contact with the CEO as obviously his / her management doesn’t care or know the word customer service or quality products. It is more than a week later and again no feedback. My wife received a 2 nd warning at work for spending so much time on personal issues. On Monday Glen contacted my wife at 10:43 and told her that she should contact the branch with Ref nr JDGW 685 now he even has the odasity to expect my wife to do his job! Speaking of arrogance!!!!
