i have laid a complaint with the bed that i bought @ Lewis the brand is restonic. i have complaint about the poor fabric that is used to cover the base set and the matress it is tearing i sent them the video of how weak that fabric is and im still paying for that bed the complaint came in within a year and a lady by the name Fortunate Mohlala who is a Rep called me and told me that im the 1 tearing the matress told her im showing how weak the fabric is beacause by laying the hand it just tears i've never seen such a weak fabric and its the base and matress so they sent the email to the store that they dont have a warranty that covers loose stiches and this is not about loose stiches its about the whole fabric. so if possible can i get assistance on the matter as im not letting it go i still have a full year to pay for this bed
