Horrible Quality

So I bought queen size bed at Fair Price in January 2025 and withing two months the bed started making funny sounds. I logged a call and I was told to send the videos and pictures but because the sound was not clear enough on the phone I requested them to send their inspector of which they did sent. They guy said the base needs to be changed and it was indeed changed in August around the 20th.As I write this review my problem is worse, the sound is worser that before. So I am not sure if the problem was with the base or the problem is in the mattress because the base is still new to can make that sounds.
