Hidden conditions for warranty

I bought a bed and when it started sagging before the warranty lapses,I engaged them and they wanted videos and photos of the bed that I bought in 2021.I was then told they will not entertain my complaint because the mattress looked dirty.No one told me about this condition when I bought it.
