Good day, my name is Dominique Hendricks, I purchased a Queen size Bedset from Sleepmasters in Promenade Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town on 17th June 2025. The brand I purchased is, Restonic Marvelous Middle. After 3 weeks my husband and I started hearing popping sounds whenever we were laying on the bed and the mattress has major flaws which is visible on either ends even though no weight or pressure. After many attempts, call, pics, videos and many more calls,pics and videos, I have had no luck with getting my mattress replaced. Please help
