Four months later still waiting of Restonic to replace the defected bed the delivered

I bought a bed restonic bed at Rochester in Mall@Redds Centurion. The bed started making noise soon after. I then went back to rochester to inform them of the defect. Rochester took my details and a urgent of Restonic beds contacted me inspect the bed. The urgent agreed to replace the bed with a new one within 3 weeks and now its the 4th month Im still waiting.

I have visited the Rochester store more than 3 times to folow up and I keeping getting the same response that they still waiting for stock at the warehouse. I have never had a peaceful sleep in that bed and the noise is getting worse by the day.
