Faulty Restonic Bed

I bought a Restonic bed at mabopane sleepmasters on March 2024 and now the bed is making funny noises, i logged a call with sleepmasters but they have been telling me the same story ,that my pictures are not clear and i sent a lot of pictures, to me that looks as if you are making excuses and it is really frustrating, its not even 8 months but the bed is already giving me problems, please FIX this issue urgently.
