Faulty bed set

I bought a restonic bed set via homechoice in October 2020. The mattress springs was making sounds like an old bad and uncomfortable. I logged a call with Homechoice and Restonic and the bed set was changed. A year and half later the mattress is making the same old bed spring noise and uncomfortable to the point that I wake up with back pain. I need this mattress changed because it’s still new and no one is assisting, Restonic doesn’t respond to change their faulty mattress even though the bed set is still under warranty. I have never seen a mattress that collapse it’s spring in less than 2 years, makes one question workmanship of Restonic
