Excellent service

I have bought a Restonic mattress and base set from Lewis. The mattress was still under warranty. After several attempts at Lewis, nobody was able or willing to assist me. The people from Lewis were *********** and arrogant. At las,t Kobus Koch from Restonic contact me. He assist me with my complaint and at no time he solved it. I truly believe that my complaint wouldn't be solve without his help. He has truly walked the extra mile for me. Restonic can be proud to have such an excellent employer. Thank you very much for all your help. We truly appreciate it.
