Excellent Service

I would like to take the time to compliment Restonic and Kobus Koch (Field Sales Manager ) for resolving my previous complaint concerning my bed. The service I received from Kobus was excellent,he always kept me updated and was always in contact with me,he had my best interest at heart which made me as a customer feel comfortable and safe to to trust in his opinion. Thank you Kobus for going the extra mile to resolve my problem. We are very happy with our new bed and my husband said that the new bed has made a difference for his back problems,he also said he feels well rested. Hope this bed does the trick and will last longer than the other one (only time will tell). But overall thank you Restonic and Staff for all that you guys did.
