DISGRACEFUL SERVICES AND LIES FROM RESTONIC

I bought quite an expensive mattress from Dial a Bed Colony about 4 years ago. For the last moth and a bit I've been waking up full of bites in my body that are not mosquitos, after much wondering what was going on, I turned the mattress over to check and saw a big hole on the bottom side of the mattress but the base was fine. I sprayed with every possible thing to see it it would make a difference and nothing at all, eventually I took the mattress to out of the room and no more bites. I went to Dial a Bed on Sunday to let them know what was happening, they were going to forward it to the factory RESTONIC, sent them photos of bites and hole. And after much phoning and asking what's going on what are they going to do. Yolanda Mfiki from Restonic, sends a one line mail saying that after inspection they are not going to do anything at all. WHAT A ****** CHEAK. Nobody from RESTONIC or DIAL A BED, has been anywhere near the mattress to asses what's going on, but they go and say after inspection and whatever other nonsense. They really know how to lie to your face without blinking an eye, and of course that took 5 days to do. Just be weary when you buy from them as you'll be on your own if anything happens.
