Damage Restonic bed

bought my bed at House and home Mayville and now the bed is damaged and I was told that the bed has a mark on it and it won't be replaced.I spoke to Alex and he said they won't replace it. So my question is where does the mark and the quality fit in?? Because the mark on the bed has nothing to do with the quality.I paid for that bed cash of which I think it is my property not House and Home's. And also I bought the bed cash so according to me the bed belongs to ME. It doesn't matter if I make dogs or cat to sleep on it, it still belongs to me and I expected to get quality

So my question is why has my bed not being replaced?? It's been a year now since I'm complaining about this
