Bed start to sink in less than a month

I bought a Restonic Barbados BSet F 137 SL bed on the 31st of August 2024 and for R4700 and today is the 24th of September 2024 and the bed is starting to deteriorate as I can see a place where it is starting to sink. It has not been even 1 month and I am 100% unsatisfied with the bed. I am really not happy about the bed and I don't want to continue using it. I am a normal weight and I can't understand why a bed would start to have a hole in less than a month.
