Bed not in a good condition

I bought a bed sleep masters Kaalfontein and it was not in a good condition,when I went to the shop to return it,they refered me to restonic,Restonic didn't respond to the WhatsApp they said I should send.when I go back to sleep masters they told me the issue is resolved.while no one contacted me and I'm still stucked with that bed.
