Bed falling apart

Bought a bed 3 years ago from Cleary Park OK furniture. Put in a complaint this year April this year 2022 and bed stitching was coming lose I was told it was because of us turning the bed as per care instruction we should rotate the bed. Never the less I was pregnant and didn't need the stress of going back n forth about a bed any how now my bed is basically falling apart. OK furniture Cleary Park and restontice sell sub standard products to us.
