Bad Customer

I bought a bed from rochester in august 2015and the base got broken and slumped in 04/01/2016 reported it in store and been going to the shop where I did not get assistance called Godfrey the sales rep and send him emails on 23/02/2017 and on 29/09/2017 he has not responded since. It has caused me to have back pains and I had to replace the base and I am looking for a full refund they did not keep their end of the bargain as they claimed 25 years warranty.
