Abusive sales agent

I have been submitting pictures for a faulty Bed since February 2023 and to date no assistance or feedback, even after everything I've been asked to do I have submitted.

I re-opened the query via their WhatsApp's bolt and I was again requested to send the pictures, and i had sent them pictures again as before . and as per the last chat on their WhatsApp bolt i was informed the query has been allocated to a sales consultant that deals with Bearers.

I then today 20/06/2023 receive a call from an agent Named Claudine Han**** who is supervised by Coen Myburgh. First of all Claudine instead of attempting to resolve my query, she pointed out issues of their system making it my fault as to why my query has not been resolved till date.

At this point i don't have an issue with the above it is what it is. However the manner in which this agent addressed me and made me feel like am nothing and understanding nothing, as if i have not been dealing with this since Feb.

I was frustrated on the call as expected however she just kept provoking and mocking me . I sarcastically advised she is the best and she proceeded to say yes she is and even received an award for it . I did not need to hear this as it was due to my frustration that i was sarcastic and fedup,the agent continued to be rude ,speaking over responding my sarcasm .She than said she will drop call because i has told her that if i had the option to rate her service I would 0 /10 and further said that if i continue shouting she will drop the call as im abusing .I told to drop the call its fine im good and she laughed at me 2 times.

The pain i feel now sitting at work being emotional by being made feel like a fool for wanting timeous and effective assistance on an issue since Feb .

I Will not be allow Claudine to continue to make this experience the worst i want her dealt with as her job is to assist to and not to break down clients .
