A FLOPPY BRAND NEW MATRESS FROM RESTONIC

Bought a bed in August never slept on it as it is for the spare bedroom. 2 days back I decided to use it, I nearly broke my back. The mattress is floppy, I could literally feel the springs against my body, and they are making a squikcy sound. The bed is brand new from a reputable brand RESTONIC but it feels like I've used it for 20years. Please refund me, I'll buy a sealy as it has never disappointed.
