Worst res experience ever.

Worst experience ever. I stayed at the Respublica in Hatfield Square. Although it is beautiful with great facilities, the staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional. If you are a financial aid student( e.g bursary or NSFAS) they really put you through the most with late rent payment(which students have NO control over, and are EXTREMELY unprofessional when it comes to handling student queries/concerns. During my stay in 2019 they only had 3 functional laundry rooms for 4 large buildings which was a complete nightmare to deal with. The application process was also a nightmare, as the staff members were often relaxing and chatting away, and then rude when you finally got assistance. I stayed at a different res this year with many students who came from Respublica, who also had the same experience, so I would NOT recommend it.
