Good management
My daughter stayed there and she really loved the place, she faced challenges and was admitted to a psychiatric facility and couldn’t continue with her studies. We had to cancel the lease with Respublica and we were supposed to pay two months since the lease agreement started that we need 2 months notice, because of her mental state we couldn’t give 2 months notice she had to cancel the lease immediately. Respublica allowed her to cancel without paying a cent, they didn’t have to but they did. This is the most humanely thing anyone has ever done for me. They are a business and they don’t have to change their rules to accommodate me and my family’s situation but they did. I will be forever be grateful. My daughter will get better and she will go back to any of their residents and will recommend them to family and friends. I really appreciate them. We really did pick the right res for our daughter.
