West City the Worst City...never send your child here

I live in Respublica -West City where we are treated nothing like paying customers,their washing machines haven't been working since we got here in february, what kind of Student residence doesn't have internet on their I-center,they actually promote parties more than sports and academics and they still refuse to pay back our deposit even though NSFAS has already paid them their deposit....we just don't matter to them as Paying Customers
