The worse customer service

We have been deprived of services that we are entitled to as paying customers. For instance the wifi has not been functional the past 3 weeks, as students we need wifi in order to do our work; we now have to resort to spending alot more money on data; going to campus in order to use wifi which comprises our safety at night. The gate control system is always dysfunctional and there is always issues with the water. Yet I have fully paid the rent on time, and have never missed payment and are quick to lock people out when they haven't paid rent. They are not keeping their end of the agreement.
