TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ********

<p>Iam still shocked by one of respublica employees by the name of Nonkululeko or nkululeko. the lady needs some teaching in customer service and she does not know her job. Her and her colleques kicked my sister out or Res because of payment that does not reflect on their standard bank account but we have send proof of payment and statement that shows payment was made.i sent her proof of payment she requested bank statement i sent it only for her to tell me it is **** . i think **** is them ******** students smoney.She is very unprofessional and youwillnever get to the real owners of this RESPUBICA STUDENT LIVING .</p>
