Saratoga Student was locked out while she's fully Funded by NSFAS

I'm a single mother, My daughter was kicked out of her room today after she came back from school they said she's not paying after she was fully funded by NSFAS in May I've managed to borrow money and pay for her accommodation since February until May then she got a confirmation that NSFAS is busy allocating funds she even went to NSFAS office at UJ they confirmed that their still busy with funds allocation after that they can refund her since she was paying for herself but today she was surprised to see her bags left outside the apartment and removed her logs without notifying her with anything. As a parent this is very rude and inhuman behaviour because we Believe NSFAS is paying for her accommodation and Saratoga says some student were defunded but there's no proof for that. I would like to have a full explanation of what is happening between Saratoga and NSFAS because it's very confusing now coz they pay for school fees and the monthly subsidy but now Saratoga came with another story and she's been doing ups and downs long before the school holidays they failed to help her.
