Respublica acknowledges that you gave notice on 12 June 2015. The lease agreement requires that a full calendar months' notice be given, which means that the lease will be terminated with effect 31 July 2015. Unfortunately due to short notice July's rent is not refundable.
There was limited WiFi access throughout Saratoga Village until mid-March 2015. We apologise for the inconvenience that was caused to students living at the residence during this time.
However, Respublica ensured that there were several dedicated PC's in the computer lab where students had unlimited access to the internet. This problem has since been solved and students can now access Wi-Fi from ANY location in the Saratoga Village.
We are dedicated to providing our students with a high level of service and strive to create an environment that is conducive to both living and studying, throughout all our residences in Gauteng.
Sincere regards,
The Respublica Team
