Poor Customer Service

My son stayed at Respublica Student Accommodation in Midrand from February this year. I then submitted a eviction notice period to the res using the designated app. the refund was supposed to have been processed within 21 working day. Until this day I have still not received it. every time I call I get different responses ***. the last response I had was that Duduzile is the one to approve but she is never available. Refilwe the Res Manager is also avoiding my calls since I spoke to her about this issue on Monday the 6th of November. Dudu's office number *** is never answered it rings until it goes on voicemail.
