I am a parent to a student who resides at the res, my daughter and her roommate's laptops were ******. They did report to the res manager but he told them to go open a case, their room keys are only shared by them, the cleaner and management but he couldn't do anything to assist he just let the kids be... And told them to go open the case without even calling the parents first. He refused to give me his number but gave me the email but till now I got no response I called him from my daughter's phone yet he said he's busy "too busy to resolve this matter". Right now I feel like someone at anytime can get into that room and do anything bad to the students and the res manager be ******** about it. I have been staying at the res under Dr marks supervision there were no such case but now it seems as more students are complaining about theft
