Complaint about the poor service I have received from them and I am so unconvinced

I paid R6200 on the 24/01/2023 the same day I viewed the place, later in the week they said my daughter doesn't have a space, but the people I referred got the space though they paid after me. I requested the refund they said I will get it within 21 days, even to date I have not received anything, no update, when I try and reach out via WhatsApp they respond after a week, phone calls no luck, email and FB no response still. I'm stuck.... how do I get my money now?
