The rent is so high for a student accommodation yet this is the most ****roach infested student accommodation I have seen. To think students have to live in such filthy conditions with their health at risk because they must eat where ****roaches live and breed. This form of living is absolutely unacceptable considering how much students pay. You walk into the building and you're bound to find these pests roaming around it's absolutely sickening that students must remain is such terrible conditions for 10 full months. You receive notice to remind you to pay on the first of every month but they do not have that same enthusiasm when it comes to ensuring client safety and wellbeing. No matter how clean you keep your unit because the whole building is a health hazard with a ****roach infestation you are bound to see them in your unit. Respublica needs to call a proper fumigation company and stop calling people who just spray the roaches with water.
