Bad service received from Respthe ublica

Good day. Bad service received from Respublica students accommodation, Eastwood village Hatfield site. My daughter stayed at their residence the whole of 2017 since it was her 1st year in university of Pretoria. Their lease agreement and as per the lady who explained to me about the deposit said once I roll over the deposit it shows interest that we still intended to continue staying the next year. End November 2017 my daughter completed the profoma form needed to be completed when moving out and stated that she will be coming back next year and rolled the deposit over and we relaxed thinking we are covered with accommodation now last week the 12th of Jan 2018 she received a call that she no longer has a place to stay cos they rented all the rooms out to UP for their students who app**** through them to be provided with accommodation. Apparently they knew about this in November already but they failed to notify me or my daughter. Now I have to stay off work and run around looking for a good and secured for her to stay. These places need a deposit upfront and respublica personnel promised me that I will be refunded, processed and paid into my account by yesterday the 15th January 2018. The lady advised me to send an email requesting a refund but haven't received even the acknowledgement of my email received nothing. I called them an hour or more I'm told the lady doing the processing was out they took my details and promised to come back to me I'm still waiting. I'm being delayed again for another chance to get a place sooner and time wasted. They breached their contract and now delay to refund me my deposit after ff what they advised
