Bad service delivery

Respublica Saratoga Village is just not as good as they say on the website and defiantly not suitable for students. The WiFi is weak and sometimes doesn't work at all. Water can just disappear for hours from morning until next morning without any communication. The backup generator doesn't work sometimes and leave student in the dark. The laundry machines are broken and the dryers are not working. There is no communication from staff to students on what is going on.
