Residentia Trust admin staff

The staff at Residentia Trust (specifically Heila Vos and Vonny Shokkos, as well as the staff I dealt with before them) are always very helpful and friendly in their email communication and respond very quickly to my queries. Sometimes there have been errors that I have pointed out on our levy statements, but Residentia Trust is quick to check and resolve any issues, even refunding an amount that was credited to my account recently. It is really a pleasure dealing with such efficient and kind people.
