Great support. As Trustee : Finance of our HOA I wish to share my positive experience over the past year in dealing with Residentia with respect to our financials and in this instance with specific reference to their accountant Heila Vos. She has always been, in spite of some short term but unforeseen personal setbacks, of sterling support in the transition to a new and vastly improved financial administrative and reporting system. This included the provosion of timeous monthly management reports to supplement the online reporting system. She has also been of invaluable support in the implementation of an alternative approach to the administration of penalty levies to avoid our financials from reflecting unrealised taxable income should such levies be reversed at a later stage for whatever reason.
